概要：This programme will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to play a leading part in future developments of communication engineering that are vital to the growth of the global economy; reducing costs, improving quality and providing ever more sophisticated services. Companies in both mature and rapidly growing economies are keen to secure staff with a background in topics such as digital communications, satellite and cellular radio systems and computer and communications networks, all of which are available for study within this degree programme. In addition you will be able to choose from options in embedded systems and interactive digital media. This degree programme will help you to develop an ability to interpret user requirements and component specifications to produce functionally effective and cost effective design solutions. You will also be shown how to make decisions on the basis of incomplete information. This is achieved through a combination of group and individual exercises. The programme is designed to cater for students with good general mathematics skills, such as might be gained from an Honours degree in Electronic Engineering.
