概要：From farmers markets to supermarket shelves, foods produced through organic and other ?elow input?f systems are in demand. This new programme, developed with the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) Crete, covers the main areas of this growth industry, including ecological food production (crops and livestock), standards and quality assurance systems, economics, marketing and policy. You can study this programme in Newcastle, Crete or you can divide your time between the two locations. All students take compulsory modules (60 credits), optional modules (30 credits) and write a dissertation (90 credits) but the module selection and dissertation topics vary depending on where you choose to study.
