概要：Offers knowledge and expertise to prepare you for a career in an industrial, commercial or government organisation with particular expertise in information and process security, or for a career in academic research. You will be equipped with the appropriate technical knowledge, management skills, business understanding, independence of thought and highly developed critical faculties which are needed by a modern information systems professional. Core modules focus on the systemic nature of security issues and the relationship between business needs and security solutions. Further core modules provide specific skills in policy making, security implementation and incident analysis. You will also have the opportunity to pursue your interests in technology, management and the systems thinking paradigm through a number of optional modules. You will complete your programme by undertaking a substantial supervised individual project addressing a security problem, which you will write up and submit as an 18-20,000 word dissertation.
