概要：The course provides you with an understanding of science communication within the wider context of media communication. It offers a uniquely wide perspective on the subject, providing both specialist skills in the longer-term development of science communication and in contemporary communications research. The Centre for History?and Philosophy of Science has an internationally excellent reputation for its research in the nature of science, technology and medicine, and a strong tradition of research in the history of science in the media. The?course is run in partnership with the internationally renowned multidisciplinary Institute of Communication Studies, which brings together specialists from politics, sociology, history, engineering, international relations and journalism. Study opportunities are also available with such partners as the Thackray Medical Museum and the Leeds City Museum.
