概要：The MATSI course is intended for those seeking a career as a liaison interpreter in business settings or as a public service interpreter. You will study consecutive, but not simultaneous interpreting; instead, you will study situated dialogue interpreting in semester 2. The programme gives the opportunity to develop the skills of professional interpreting and translating and consolidate these skills by acquiring familiarity with a range of issues in the field of international affairs, politics, business, science and technology. It will also introduce translation theory and research methods.
