概要：The Master of Education in Postsecondary Administration and Student Affairs (ME PASA) program prepares educators to work in a variety of capacities within two-year, four-year and professional postsecondary institutions. Graduates pursue careers supporting partnerships with faculty and other members of the campus community. The PASA program offers a balance between current theory, development of a critical capacity for understanding campus issues, and a facility for applying research findings to improve practice on campus. Successful graduates will demonstrate improved communication skills; comprehensive strategies for identifying and responding to evolving student needs and campus issues; and a greater appreciation for the diversity of college student needs, abilities and issues- and for the need for a diversity of perspectives and voices in the creation of programs to serve those students.
