概要：This is an interdisciplinary course that concentrates on the relationship between food and health, on research and development, assessment and expertise, regulatory questions, risk analysis and risk management in a public health perspective. It is intended to prepare students for careers in food science, food engineering, public health, food toxicology, food safety monitoring and maintenance in the food industry. A bachelor of Science degree of this University, or equivalent as recognised by the Faculty, and demonstration to the Faculty of adequate knowledge of each of the following at a tertiary level: chemistry, biology and mathematics.
