概要：The Division of Engineering has an excellent record in research, with both Electronic and Mechanical Engineering rated 5 for excellence in research in the Higher Education Funding Council's 2001 Research Assessment Exercise. Many of the projects our staff work on receive external funding from industry, funding councils and the EU (around ?2.3M in 2007). Staff also have a strong publication record, speak regularly at conferences, and are involved in consultancy, editorial and review work.
