概要：The University of Massachusetts Lowell is an active research institution dedicated to both undergraduate and graduate education. Building on its 100-year tradition of academic excellence, UMass Lowell offers more than 50 graduate certificates, 32 masters and 15 doctoral degrees through five colleges: Arts and Sciences, Education, Engineering, Health & Environment and Management. There are more than 100 graduate areas of study. Lowell is one of five campuses that make up the University of Massachusetts system. Every program for which accreditation exists is accredited by the most prestigious organization in its field. UMass Lowell currently enrolls about 2,400 graduate students. More than 30 percent of the UMass Lowell degrees awarded annually go to students earning graduate degrees. This is one of the highest percentages among schools in the Northeast. Graduate courses are offered on campus, online and at off-campus sites. Most classes are held in the late afternoon and early evening.
