概要：The MSc Strategic Management of Projects provides a broad overview of the many management and leadership issues that modern projects imply. However, this breadth of coverage is not at the loss of depth. In each of the ten modules that make up the course there are many opportunities for detailed exploration of issues below the surface. To allow as much insight as possible, SMP only accepts students who are employed or involved in project-related environments. There is no full-time option for this course. SMP delivers ten bespoke modules on a biannual basis. Students attend all modules and have a restricted choice to take eight of these for assessment. An SMP student will commence with the course's first foundation module: The Management of Projects. Following this, the student will go on to take all or, if other commitments prevail, some of the modules offered in that academic year.
