概要：This course is suited to educators (government and non-government schools, universities and TAFE). It exposes students to theory and to national and international educational practices so that they can link diverse practices with their own experiences and, through discussion, debate and the sharing of ideas and information, broaden their knowledge and improve their practices. It provides an opportunity to develop specialised research skills leading to further professional research. A relevant bachelor's degree and a one-year full-time postgraduate course in education and either two years of full-time relevant professional experience or demonstrated research capacity; or the Bachelor of Education and either two years of full-time relevant professional experience or demonstrated research capacity; or a degree requiring at least four years of full-time study, two years of professional experience in education and demonstrated research capacity; or completion of three coursework units in an articulated graduate diploma of this Faculty with an overall average of at least 65 per cent including a mark of at least 65 per cent in EDUC8631 Approaches to Research.
