概要：This course increases understanding of the aetiology, classification and characteristics associated with various categories of psychopathology; the educational implications arising from these various categories; the major issues in the field of special education including assessment, placement and evaluation; and the management strategies and ethical issues pertaining to the teaching and learning of children and adolescents with special needs. A relevant bachelor's degree and a one-year full-time postgraduate course in education and either two years of full-time relevant professional experience or demonstrated research capacity; or the Bachelor of Education and either two years of full-time relevant professional experience or demonstrated research capacity; or a degree requiring at least four years of full-time study, two years of professional experience in education and demonstrated research capacity.
